- 1.5 oz of Baileys Irish Cream
- 3/4 oz of The Baileys Espresso Creme
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
- Place the Bialetti (or small sauce pan) on a medium heat the Baileys Espresso Creme.
- Add one scoop of vanilla ice cream to a rocks glass.
- First pour the Baileys over the ice cream then slowly add the espresso.
- Serve immediately and enjoy as an after-dinner treat.
