Affogato Twist

INGREDIENTS

Servings: 1

  • 1.5 oz of Baileys Irish Cream
  • 3/4 oz of The Baileys Espresso Creme
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place the Bialetti (or small sauce pan) on a medium heat the Baileys Espresso Creme.
  2. Add one scoop of vanilla ice cream to a rocks glass.
  3. First pour the Baileys over the ice cream then slowly add the espresso.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy as an after-dinner treat.
